Release 2.2.0

Purpose
Role assignments, a full change log, named tabs, formula upgrades, feature switches, and the removal of admin-created entities.
Who is this for
Everyone

Released 8 October 2026. Release 2.2.0 follows 2.1.0, which was released on 29 September 2026. It moves contributors to role assignments, logs every change, and adds feature switches and per-tab unsaved changes.

  • Role assignments. Contributors are now given roles through Role assignments, and links to records you cannot see read Restricted. See Access control.
  • Record ID is a field. Sort, filter and search by it. The ID prefix moved from Terminology to the ID field. See Entities and custom fields.
  • Every change is logged, including events from linked records, and one save is one entry. See Activity history.
  • Named tabs. Add view, Save as new tab and Duplicate ask for a name. See Create and manage tabs.
  • Unsaved changes per tab. A dot marks the tab, and Save changes or Revert changes work from the tab menu.
  • Formulas. count() counts a field's values, a formula can read a linked record's field, and Number formulas take a Display format. See Functions and operators.
  • Features page. Admins turn features on or off, and an off feature disappears everywhere. See Turn features on or off.
  • Entity & fields. Search fields and Move to section help with long field lists.
  • Team Members tab lists a team's staff, with Add member. See Teams.
  • Board cards. Choose the Card fields and what to Show before hover, and empty groups get a named lane. See Customise your table view.
  • Filters. RAIDD has one filter tab per type, and relation filters group records by entity. See Filter, sort and group.
  • Allocation. Disable allocation for specific staff. They stay visible but cannot be allocated. See Allocation settings.
  • Smaller additions. Duplicate a preset, add Key Results from an Objective's row menu, and middle-click the Administration gear.
  • Smoother interface. Tooltips wait 300 ms, popovers grow from their control, and header drags can cross the frozen boundary.
  • Removed: creating entities. CSV import and the API no longer create, rename or archive entities, and earlier admin-created entities are removed with their records.
  • Removed: the Stakeholder entity, its records and the relation fields that pointed only to it.

Type a feature, a screen or a task, for example “allocation” or “share a view”.
