Release 2.1.0

Released 29 September 2026. Release 2.1.0 follows 2.0.0, which was released on 22 September 2026. It adds Roles and rollup fields, and makes tables, dashboards and the left menu easier to arrange.

• Roles. A new module links people to expected skill levels, with an All roles tab on Skills. See Roles.
• Rollups. A number or currency field can total a value from child records, such as a project budget from its budget lines. See Entities and custom fields.
• Dashboard layout. Tabs lay widgets out in 2 or 3 columns, and a Customise panel holds order and widgets. See Dashboard.
• Drag column headers to reorder columns in lists, mini-tables and other tables. See Customise your table view.
• Column settings sit behind a gear, with column search. Number columns gain Rounding and Decimal places.
• See more (N). Admins can collapse less-used left menu items. See Arrange the left menu.
• Key date milestones. Date fields can appear as milestones in the list and on the Gantt. See Milestones.
• Mini-table totals. A mini-table can total a column in its footer.
• Group by a field on the SOWs table, and break a project budget into SOWs. See Statements of work.
• Record panel. Every sub-list gets its own tab, and admins set each list's default columns and sort.
• Name suggestions in filters let you pick several names.
• Gantt PowerPoint export adds a legend, a Today label and an optional Milestone dates toggle.
• OKR progress. Hover a Progress value to see what produced it. See OKRs.
• Preset editor shows its Customise options up front, with a Preview.
• Smaller improvements. A lighter Gantt hover card, clearer unsaved theme edits, and Kanban drags that land where previewed.
