Edit program details

Edit a program's details directly from the program record using either inline editing or the edit dialog.

Purpose

  • Keep program information accurate and up to date
  • Allow contributors to update program fields based on their access level

Who is this for

  • PMOs and managers with edit access to program records

Pre-requisites

  • An existing program record

Permissions required

  • Depends on field-level permissions configured by your admin

💭 How-to Guide

Step 1: Open the program record

  • From the main navigation panel, click Programs
  • Click on the program you want to update

Step 2: Edit the program details

There are two ways to edit:

  • Option A — Inline editing
    • Go to the Details tab
    • Click directly on any editable field
    • Update the value and click away, press enter, or a check icon to save

  • Option B — Edit dialog
    • Click the edit icon (box with pencil) in the upper-right corner of the details panel

    • Update the relevant fields in the dialog
    • Click Save when done

⚠️ Important Reminder:
  • Field visibility and edit access are controlled by your admin. If you cannot see or edit a field you expect to, check with your admin.
