This release introduces new tools for managing knowledge and pulse, along with improved allocation controls and greater flexibility with custom fields.
What’s in V1.5.0?
📚 Knowledge management
You can now create, edit, and delete knowledge items
Each knowledge item is linked to a specific Staff, Mission, Client, or Team making it easy to store and access relevant information
📈 Pulse management
You can now create, edit, and delete pulse entries
Quickly see the latest pulse for each Staff, Mission, Client, or Team in a table view
Outdated and warning indicators show when a pulse is near its due date
Admins can now configure pulse indicators and update frequency
📊 Allocation management
Allocations can now be grouped by Staff, Mission, Team, or Client (including custom fields!)
Option to "View Allocations" directly when selecting cells
Selecting grouped cells now supports bulk actions (create, edit, delete)
🧩 More custom field types
Additional flexibility when setting up custom fields:
Staff selector → Dropdown with all staff and virtual staff
Currency → Number input with currency symbol display (no forex conversion)
Bugfixes
Filters now accurately reflect admin-created dropdown options
